PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Top Running Single Girder Overhead Crane is a light-duty electric overhead travelling crane designed for general material handling in factories, warehouses, and machining workshops. Built around a single box-section main girder and paired with CD1 or MD1 electric hoists, it handles lifting capacities from 1 to 20 tonnes across spans of 7.5 to 31.5 metres.
The LDA model is an upgraded version of the original LD type. The travelling mechanism and electrical system have been redesigned: control voltage is reduced from 380V to a safe 36V, improving operator safety without compromising performance. The box-section girder delivers high rigidity and load stability across the full working span.
Two hoist options are available: the CD1 single-speed hoist for standard operations, and the MD1 dual-speed hoist for applications requiring precise load positioning. Control can be pendant, wireless remote, or cabin-mounted depending on the facility layout. Main electrical components are Schneider, sourced from France.
The crane operates across a temperature range of -25°C to +40°C and is suitable for A3 to A5 working duty cycles. It is not rated for use in combustible, explosive, or chemically corrosive environments.
