The QZ Double Girder Grab Overhead Bridge Crane is a heavy-duty double girder crane purpose-built for handling loose bulk materials. The main beam uses a bias-rail box-type double girder structure optimized for lightweight design with Q345-B high-strength steel plate, providing strong bearing capacity with reduced self-weight. The hoisting mechanism features an imported motor and reducer in an integrated compact design — combining the hoist motor, reducer, drum, and limit switch into a single unit that saves installation space while improving reliability through modular construction. The trolley traveling mechanism is standard-equipped with variable frequency drive control at 20 m/min, delivering smooth operation with minimal load swing and precise positioning.
